On October 21st, 2024, my family and I went on a tour with Tu Tuk Tuk and our guide was Miguel. When we arrived at the meeting point, he waiting for us with a smile on his face that remained for the 3 hours we stayed together. The tour was very good but ours was excellent, because Miguel made all the difference considering the following: 1) he was absolutely professional throughout the tour giving explanations and details of all the sights, showing extraordinary knowledge of each attraction; 2) he told us he studied all Spanish history a lot in order to deliver the best service possible to his passengers. My first tuktuk experience was amazing! It was such a fun and efficient way to explore the city. David went above and beyond at every turn, making the experience not only convenient but truly special. The tour was incredibly informative, bringing Madrid’s rich history to life. We chose the 90-minute Modern/Old Madrid Tour, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. David captured some amazing family photos and kept us laughing the whole time with his fantastic sense of humor. This was a great tour that we did. We had a group of 12.  The company was very good with communicating with us prior to the  start of the tour.   The guides we had Miguel, Jose and David arrived on time, they provided a very informative tour of Madrid, they had an upbeat and positive attitude the entire time.  I highly recommend using them!
