These General Booking Conditions (hereinafter General Conditions) will regulate the commercial relationship that arises between IGM TU TUK TUK SLU and the user or client for the contract made through the forms that IGM TU TUK TUK SLU makes available on its www.tutuktuk.com.
Booking through the IGM TU TUK TUK SLU websites will imply express acceptance, by the client or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for the user’s navigation through the pages owned by IGM TU TUK TUK SLU.
These conditions shall apply without prejudice to the application of the legal regulations on the matter that are applicable in each case.

These changes may be made through its websites by any means admissible by law and will be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, IGM TU TUK TUK SLU reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contract Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in a timely and appropriate manner. Users will be subject to the Conditions in force at the time the contract is made.

Likewise, IGM TU TUK TUK SLU informs the user that they can access the conditions of use available on the same website.
By making a reservation with IGM TU TUK TUK SLU through its website, the user or client expressly declares that he/she is aware of, understands and accepts said conditions of use and the General Conditions. Likewise, the user declares that he/she is of legal age, or an emancipated minor, and has the legal capacity and ability to act necessary to access the websites of IGM TU TUK TUK SLU and to contract through them. The user is responsible for treating the identity and password obtained during registration as a client confidentially and responsibly, and may not transfer them to another party.
Once the reservation has been made, the user will see the confirmation of their reservation on screen, and can print it as proof of the reservation made.
The booking confirmation and the booking voucher (printout made by the user) will not be valid as an invoice.
RESERVATION OPERATION
Booking offer and price reference
In compliance with current regulations and, in particular, Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, IGM TU TUK TUK SLU offers information on all possible reservations, their characteristics and prices in the corresponding section for formalizing reservations. However, IGM TU TUK TUK SLU reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the offers offered to its customers through its website, by simply changing their content. In this way, the products and/or services offered at any time by the IGM TU TUK TUK SLU website will be governed by the General Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, IGM TU TUK TUK SLU will have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products and/or services.
Price indication
Each possible reservation offered will have its price indicated in euros and whether VAT or any other applicable tax is included. The prices indicated on the screen will be those in effect at any given time.
Availability
The availability of the offers offered by IGM TU TUK TUK SLU through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Although IGM TU TUK TUK SLU updates the database periodically, the reservation requested by the customer may be full at that time. In such case, IGM TU TUK TUK SLU will send an email to the customer informing them of the unavailability of the offer.
Payment methods

IGM TU TUK TUK SLU requests the details of a credit card, the holder of the reservation, for bookings made through its website in order to formalize the reservation by charging the full amount of the invoice.
Cancellation of reservation
IGM TU TUK TUK SLU has the following cancellation policy:
The client must cancel up to 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the reservation. If the cancellation is made 24 hours or less than 48 hours in advance, 50% of the total reservation will be refunded, and if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be made.
If the client does not show up for the reservation without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Withdrawal
According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
Claim

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
Likewise, IGM TU TUK TUK SLU reserves the right to file any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for failure to comply with these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. If any dispute arises, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
